These letters will meet the requirements of Governor Beshear's executive order 2022-798.  This Order allows Kentuckians with certain medical conditions to purchase medical cannabis at a legal dispensary in another state and bring it back to Kentucky for their medical use.

To be clear, this certificate will not legalize the purchase of "street" marijuana and we will not be dispensing (nor will anywhere in Kentucky dispense) medical cannabis.  

This will be a cash service of $50 per visit. 

Certificates will be valid for six months.
